I have been working with food for 26 years. My passion has always been cooking great tasting, good looking, locally sourced food.
When restaurants closed their doors in March 2020, I had to think creatively about how I was going to stay doing what I loved. I created a "heat at home" menu of haute cuisine and traditional classics, delivered to your door. The reaction was amazing! People have loved enjoying restaurant standard food at home.
The Hidden Chef was born.
The latest chapter is the opening of The Hidden Chef Brasserie. A relaxed setting where people can come and enjoy my food, grab a coffee or bring the family for a Sunday roast. So come and enjoy the finest ingredients that Wiltshire has to offer, cooked by me and our talented chefs - and be part of the story of The Hidden Chef.
